    Objectives of the Cell

    • Facilitating MSME trade linkages for business development and new market acquisition
    • Assisting MSMEs in market opportunity identification
    • Providing assistance for integration of state MSMEs into global value chain
    • Organising and promoting MSME participation in Trade Fairs/Exhibitions/Seminars at national and international level
    • Facilitating e-commerce linkages of MSMEs
    • Evaluation of readiness of MSMEs to export their products and services
    • Identification of areas for improvement to efficiently increase state MSMEs’ exports
    • Monitoring and implementation of schemes viz. Market Development Assistance, Freight Subsidy, Export Awards

    Key Result Areas

    • Advise and hand hold MSMEs of the state to participate in the global value chain by enhancing their export potential
    • Identify new product opportunities for Haryana MSMEs by leveraging the state’s resource base
    • Promote new product opportunities and business models to relevant & targeted MSMEs/entrepreneurs. Assist in improving marketing strategy & branding of MSMEs
    • Enable MSMEs & small businesses in successfully marketing their product & service offerings via digital medium, including online e-commerce sales channels
    • Enable MSMEs become export competent and successfully enter new markets by engaging with export promotion councils and other experts
    • Provide market intelligence, market research, pricing intelligence & profitability analysis support to MSMEs for market diversification, along with advisory on export documentation, certifications, quality standards, labelling requirements etc.
    • Enable participation of state’s MSMEs n leading national & international trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences
    • Organise targeted workshops for MSMEs and small businesses on marketing tools, exports procedures, e-commerce, and govt. schemes
    • Formulation & implementation of Exports/Market development policies & schemes
    • Undertake cluster level marketing/branding campaigns to position clusters as hubs for manufacturing of a particular product as well as facilitate common branding of cluster products
